~ Where can I purchase your book sleeves?

    SHSH sleeves are available to buy here on my site and at the following locations: Lunar & Lake Book Market in Fond du Lac, WI; The Book Nook in Boyertown, PA.

 

~ What are the shipping & handling details?

    Shipping within the US is free, handling is 1-3 days for all orders. Please make sure your address is correct prior to purchasing, as I am not responsible for any problems that may occur due to buyers address issues. 

 

~ Do you ship internationally?

    At this time, shipping is to the US only.

 

~ How about customs and import taxes?

   Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

~ Do you accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges?

    I’ll gladly accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchasing. I accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

~ How should I clean my book sleeve?

    Caring for your sleeve is easy! Just spot clean with cold water and iron lightly on a medium setting. Feel free to take a lint roller to it, if needed. I do not recommend putting your book sleeve in the washer and dryer.

 

~ How can I get the latest Sew Happy Stitch Happy news?

   I am very active on Instagram and Facebook! That's where you'll be one of the first to know about new patterns, restocks, sales, giveaways, and contests! Also, I send out a monthly newsletter with coupon codes and insider info. You can sign up for those emails here on my site. 

 

~ I see photos of book sleeves I love, but can't find them in your store.

   I sell out of book sleeves very quickly, and restocks are limited due to fabric availability. If you see a SHSH sleeve you love, don't hesitate to buy!

 

~ Do you take custom orders?

   Due to the high quantity of orders, I am unable to take custom orders at this time. This include fabric requests and measurement adjustments.

 

~ Do you make any Harry Potter or Disney themed book sleeves?

   No, I do not create any fandom related book sleeves. This is due to copyright and trademark laws. I don’t own any licensing or intellectual property; therefore I don’t have permission to sell that type of sleeve. If I did (without owning licensing rights) it would be copyright violation and I could get sued by Warner Brothers, Disney, etc
